LINDA’S OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES
This recipe came from Linda’s Grandmother
Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup oats ( old fashioned)
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Cream together brown sugar, white sugar, butter. Add egg and vanilla.
Mix together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the mixed dry ingredients to the wet ingredients a little at a time. Fold in the raisins.
Drop 1 TLB dough balls on cookie sheet. ….. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes.
